LogoGarden's policy regarding logo ownership and trademark rights is explained below.

Symbols in Database

The symbols in our database are not for sale. However, users can trademark their completed logos.

Logo Ownership

Once you create an original logo using the platform's elements and purchase high-resolution files, the logo becomes your property. The combination of the symbol, color, name of your company, and typeface all make an original logo.

Uniqueness Factor

While individual design elements come from LogoGarden's database, your specific arrangement—including layout, colors, text, and effects—makes your logo unique to you.

Protection Policy

LogoGarden commits to not reselling your custom creation. If you purchase a logo, you can immediately modify it and download high-resolution versions without the company offering that same design to others.
